Enovation Consulting proudly joins the “Imola Living Lab – WOW Women Motor Project” Protocol, officially established by the Municipality of Imola in collaboration with Formula Imola, ConAmi and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Imola.

The project brings together leading public and private organisations from the Motor Valley and Italy’s wider industrial and innovation ecosystem. Among the founding partners are Pirelli, BOOM Knowledge Hub by CRIF, MUNER, Eco Certificazioni, the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna, Motor Valley Development, ASI – Automotoclub Storico Italiano, ANCI Città dei Motori, Aboama Ink Printed in Italy, Enovation Consulting, and Tecnostudi.

In recent days, new requests to join the protocol have also arrived from Penske Automotive Italy, Curti, the Museo Fratelli Cozzi, and ADA – Associazione Italiana Donne per l’Automotive, further expanding the network of partners committed to the initiative.

The Coordinating Committee, which convened on October 1, formally welcomed the new members and reaffirmed the shared mission of the WOW Women Motor Project: to promote gender equality, female empowerment, and the spread of STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) among younger generations. Other organizations that share these values will be invited to join the initiative in the coming months.

On October 15, the partners met for the project’s first operational session, where they outlined a three-year development plan (2026–2028) designed to make WOW a benchmark initiative for the City of Imola, the “Enzo and Dino Ferrari” Circuit, and all participating partners.

Among the first actions already in planning are:

  • motivational and experiential programs for secondary schools and universities;

  • training and career guidance activities supported by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Imola;

  • workshops, podcasts, and multimedia projects co-created with students;

  • and WOW Day 2026, scheduled for March 8–9 at the Autodromo  Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, featuring on-track events, conferences, and networking moments for young people, families, and businesses.

Through the WOW Women Motor Project, Imola reaffirms its commitment to inclusion, innovation, and education — driving forward a new model for collaboration in the heart of Italy’s Motor Valley.
