About The Role

You will play an essential role to make sure Enovation Consulting’s clients achieve their ESG goals, getting involved in developing, implementing, measuring, and reporting for some of the most prestigious clients in motorsport.

You will need to be proactive, a good communicator, team player and have an independent, well organised and problem solving attitude.

Reporting to one of the Senior Consultant, this role will contribute to the clients’ work, creating a robust environmental and social impact monitoring approach for our clients. The primary focus will be threefold:

1.      Lead our clients’ environmental data collection, management, and assessment (energy, water, waste, carbon) from internal and external stakeholders including comprehensive carbon reporting and our clients ESG certification process. This includes leading data insights and continually reviewing performance against our clients’ strategies and wider climate transition plans.

2.     Develop a robust social metric data collection and review for community and social activities – working with our clients’ and their People and Culture

3.     department to collect meaningful impact data and inform their social impact strategy.

4.     Support with the development and enhancement of Enovation Consulting tools and toolboxes to offer our clients.

This role would suit someone with an extensive understanding of sustainability and proven experience in implementing change strategies in consultancies, specifically assisting with a decarbonisation roadmap. You need to be highly organised, passionate about data with great reporting skills and a problem-solving attitude

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• ·       Experience working with large datasets – cleansing, assessing, managing, and benchmarking data to drive performance.

• ·       A proven ability to define, implement and deliver ESG commitments on time and within budget.

• ·       Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and policies.

• ·       The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with an agile and pragmatic working style.

• ·      Broad knowledge of environmental planning and sustainability practices, as well as strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.

What we’re looking for

• ·       A minimum of 3 years’ experience on collecting and processing environmental and social data.

• ·       Strong advisory and execution skills.

• ·       Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities.

• ·       Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 14064 and other relevant framework.

• ·       Knowledge and at least 2+ year of experience on scope 3 processing and sustainable supply chain evaluation.

• ·       Knowledge of carbon foot calculation and reduction planning, net zero, SECR/ESOS reporting and climate transition plans.

• ·       Understanding of life cycle assessment and sustainability resource management (including energy, water, waste, and materials).

• ·       At least 1+ year experience with LCA.

• ·       A collaborative team player with excellent project management skills.

• ·       The ability to interact effectively at different levels of management, and with consultants and event organisers.

• Fluency in English (corporate language).

Desirable but not essential

• ·       Sustainability/ESG data analyst background and/or an MSc in a business or sustainability related subject.

• ·       A strong interest in the events and sports industry.

The practical bits

• Hybrid work with at least 3 days at the HQ in Silverstone (one of which can be done from London office)

• 23 days holiday + public holidays with the possibility of buying 2 additional days per year……plus many more
